Never spoken to a counsellor before or you’ve had a few a want to meet before you start to make the best decision for you? This is your free option prior to starting your journey to have a 15 minute chat with your counsellor by phone or online.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a confirmation text the day before your session. To reschedule please reply to that text with NO and one of our staff will call to reschedule. Failure to notify will incur a full fee.
