Meet Candice

BA (Psychology), MA, Grad Dip of Counselling

At Breathe in Counselling Services, we believe in a humanistic approach to practice. Our services are reflective, flexible, and accessible, both online and in-person. We provide mental health and mentoring services that are tailored to our clients' specific needs. Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal mental health. Our counsellors offer the interpersonal and exploratory work, the ‘what happened?’ work which can be missed in other mental health contexts.

 

Candice is the founder of this service and envisions making access to mental health services easier for all client types including adults, young people and the neurodivergent community. Candice is an experienced evidence based practitioner who utilises a wide range of modalities including Cognitive, Behavioural and Emotion focussed interventions. Treatment is decided upon collaboratively to best suit the person sitting in front of her. You can expect Candice to treat you with empathy, compassion, respect and transparency. Candice is committed to providing the best service to her clients within her practice.
